Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarabande Accessory, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of our pieces. However, we understand that there might be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. To accommodate these situations, we have established a 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy, valid from the date you receive your jewelry piece.

Our jewelry pieces are not manufactured on a large-scale assembly line; each one is crafted by skilled artisans, who invest their time, effort, and creativity into every single creation. As such, handmade jewelry inherently carries slight variations and unique characteristics that set each piece apart from the rest. These slight imperfections, far from being flaws, are proof of the authenticity and individuality of your piece, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

The minor differences from piece to piece are a testament to the artisanal nature of our process, adding to the personal and distinct touch of our designs.

However, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and it must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return or exchange process. The return or exchange shipping fee will be covered by us once the request is processed.

Please be aware that due to the uniqueness and personal nature of our handmade jewelry, there are a few exceptions to our return policy. Customized pieces, for example, cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. These non-returnable items would be clearly marked as such in the product description.
